Utah Summer

We have had so much fun being home and spending time with family and friends. We've been having so much fun that not many pictures have been taken. We've had several rock climbing adventures, many family dinners, BBQs, lots of card games and scrabble, tennis, popsicles, pool-side chats, boating, and just a whole lot of catching up with our wonderful family and friends.

The other day we took Ty's parents' boat up for the first time. We drove out to a nice spot, turned the boat off to get a wakeboarder in the water and then the boat wouldn't turn on...for two hours. 

We had a fine time hanging out on the boat eating cherries until we washed up onto shore and Tyler and Daw had to stand in the freezing water to keep the boat from slamming against the rocks. We finally called the Coast Guard to give us a jump.

By that time it was so late and the water was so cold Tyler was the only one who dared get in, so we watched him surf and wakeboard for an hour or two and headed home. It was still fun to just hang out in the sun with family.

We can't wait for the many more good times yet to be had. We're so blessed to have such fun families!
