St. George

St. George never disappoints. This trip was particularly amazing, blue skies and sunshine. The weather was perfect. We played tennis in the mornings, hung out at the pool in the afternoons, ate dinner outside in the evenings and had random fun in between. It was very relaxing.

The highlight of this trip was the waterfalls created by the spring runoff. They were so beautiful and fun to explore. Fortunately there were no fatalities, though Tyler always loves walking as close to the edge of waterfalls as possible. It was a great trip and we had so much fun spending time with my amazing family!

Skiing

Tyler and I have had SO much fun this summer taking advantage of Alta's ski free after three. Almost every Tuesday we'd hit the slopes and were never disappointed. Alta, where have you been all my life? The snow up there new disappoints. Tyler broke out his dad's skis from the '70s and is quite an impressive skier after only one season.

My parents were kind enough to buy us a few guest passes up to Park City where they have season passes. We always had fun up skiing with the whole family. We're so glad that we were able to take advantage of the snow before we leave Utah!

Anniversary #2

Our 2nd anniversary was one heck of a day. First we went to the temple, followed by lunch at PF Changs. Then we got to go to Akasha, a salon downtown, for a couples massage...
...and came home to this:
I love excuses to spend time with Tyler and just relax. It was such a great way to celebrate two years of marriage. It has been so much fun being married to Tyler! He really is my best friend, has taught me so much and brings me so much joy each and everyday. I couldn't be more blessed and am so thankful for him. Thanks Ty for being the wonderful husband and man that you are. I love you!!!
