Cafe Rio has always had a special plate in my heart, if I was stranded on a deserted island this is the food I would want to have with me. Fortunately there is one all the way out here. It's about a 40 minute drive from our house, which is a little hard to justify, but it's only 25 from the temple so we made it a date night, the temple and then Cafe Rio. I think this is going to have to become a tradition, especially after we saw there is a Cold Stone across the street.
