Last Saturday we headed downtown with the Rock's. First stop was the Air & Space Smithsonian.
This is Ty with an old school plane. The propeller is located in the rear of the plane because they hadn't yet figured out how to time the guns so they didn't shoot their own propellers off. I, personally, am amazed that that thing even made it off the ground!
The original plane used by the Wright brothers (the canvas is new but the frame is the original).
Next stop, Greek food in Chinatown, and it was SO tasty.
We love living is such a cool city, just walking around is fun because there is so much going on and so much to do. We had such a fabulous time!
