Billy Goat Trail

Tyler got Columbus Day off, go figure, so we headed up to a nearby national park in Maryland and spent the day hiking around and enjoying the beauties of nature.

I just love all of the trees out here, fall is amazing!

This is the Potomac pre DC so it hasn't been polluted yet, we even hiked down and waded in the river to cool off, it was just lovely.

 

After hiking all day we were pretty exhausted. We showered, ate, watched a movie and went to bed about 9:30, which is extraordinarily early for us, but it was wonderful. We had such a great day!
