Chocolate World

One of our favorite things about Hershey is Chocolate World. We love going there regularly to go on the free ride and eat the free chocolate.

Every year they make a candy house for Christmastime.

We bought a Hershey cup that allows you to get $2 milkshakes. We put it to good use.

"Hershey's milk chocolate. Tasty treat. It's the milk chocolate." The catchy little tune would get stuck in your head all day.

Fall in Central PA

Fall in Hershey is amazing. The weather is perfect, the trees changing colors is breathtaking, and the fruits of the earth abound. Central Pennsylvania is farm country and it is so fun to live close to enough to be able pick our own produce. We had so much fun picking apples and pumpkins.

Grandparents

We sure love it when Grandma & Grandpa and Nana & Papa come to visit! Tyler and I seriously have the best parents. Whether we live near or far they always go out of their way to help us, love us and support us. They are always there and spoil us rotten. We are so blessed to have both been born of goodly parents.

Lucy's Blessing

When we flew home from Utah our parents flew back with us for Lucy's blessing. Because of Tyler's work schedule we weren't able to bless her at church so we blessed her in our home. Tyler's cousin, Chera and Josh and their kids also came up to join us. It was such a special day. Tyler gave Lucy a beautiful blessing. We sure love our little sweetie!

Salt Lake

The girls and I had the opportunity to go to Salt Lake in October. Jake is headed out on a mission to North Carolina and we wanted to see him before he left. He was able to go through the temple while we were out there and it was so special to be able to be a part of that. I love being in the temple with my family. He is going to make an excellent missionary! Matt will most likely leave on his mission before Jake gets back, so this is the last time my siblings will all be together for several years.

It was so much fun introducing Lucy to all of her family and friends! Only my mom, Sarah and Diana had met her before our trip. She was only 3 months old and is a dream baby. 

Always fun to get the high school girlfriends together! Between the eight of us there were six babies born in less than a year! Only five are pictured.

Jane was loving all of the attention! She just loves the men in her life. Grandpa, Jake and Matt have her smitten. Jake is always so sweet with her and takes time to play with her. Uncle "Jakie" definitely has a special place in her heart.

I just loved watching Jane play with the toys at my mom's house. She loved the play kitchen and the doll. It just melted my heart to see her with the doll. She knew just what to do from having seen me with Lucy. She would burp the baby, feed her a bottle and give her kisses.

Jane also LOVES Eddie. She was his shadow and was always feeding him her food.

We bought Jane's first princess dress for Halloween!

St. George

We were able to go down to St. George for a few days while we were visiting family in Utah. It was still warm enough to take the boat out and it was so much fun to pull Jane behind the boat for the first time! She did really well up until the boat slowed down and the front of the tube sunk and we went in the water. Neither of us were too thrilled about that. Other than that we had the best time!

Beach babe! She didn't even seem bothered by her floaties and kept them on the whole time!

We had so much fun hanging with family at the condo and the pool. Jane likes the water, but she doesn't like to be in it. Sitting pool side and splashing is her jam. Lucy was an angel and was content to just hang out or snooze.

Lucy's Blessing * 10.24.15

Lucy's blessing day was so special. We were able to do it in our home on a Saturday because Tyler was scheduled to work every Sunday in October. We were blessed to have grandparents fly out from Utah for the occasion and Tyler's cousins, Josh & Chera, and their family came up from York. Lucy received such a beautiful blessing from her daddy. We could not love this girl more and are so thankful that she is ours forever.
