Cinque Terre

The Italian Riviera & Cinque Terre was by far my favorite part of the trip. The coastline was breathtaking and the five villages were so quaint and darling, plus they had the best gelatto out of all the places we visited which doesn't hurt.

Riomaggiore

French Riviera

We didn't take many pictures here because I was too paranoid to take our camera to the beach. The French Riviera was lovely minus the saggy boobs that littered the beach. We had a great time and got some good sun.

Interlaken

Interlaken, meaning 'between the lakes' was also breathtaking. We headed to one of the crystal blue lakes in the morning and spent a few hours eating lunch and enjoying the scenery.

I loved the buildings in Switzerland, the architecture makes for such a quaint setting.

We stayed in a hostel that had a little kitchen but there was no stove or pans, only an electric kettle to boil water, so we had to get creative. We boiled water in the kettle and poured it over our noodles in a glass pan. It took a little longer and noodles weren't quite as soft but it was still pretty tasty spaghetti, and much cheaper than eating out.

Tyler, being as mature as he is, loved seeking out words in other languages that were similar to potty words or other inappropriate words in English. "Fahrt" really got him going, as you can tell.

Murren & Gimmelwald

Photos simply can't do the Swiss alps justice. We were so lucky to be able to experience Switzerland and stay up in the tiny villages of Murren & Gimmelwald. These towns are so picturesque; cows with cowbells roaming around on sloping green hills dotted with cottages and wild flowers surrounded by towering snow-capped mountains covered in glaciers. It was simply breathtaking and we had a wonderful time just walking around and taking in the beauties that we have been blessed to enjoy.

Paris

Tyler and I had such a great time in Paris. It was definitely our favorite city. It was so fun and romantic with beautiful sites, minimal traffic and delicious crepes around every corner.

Graduation

Does anyone else feel that graduation is more like a visit to Hogwarts? I know I sure do. Who came up with all those crazy outfits in the first place? Well, Tyler got his turn to wear the robes and he looked pretty good doing it. Now we're both college grads! Woo hoo!
